The best part of my uni experience is the care they are putting in supporting the students. The quality of study is also impeccable, the course is innovative, the teachers are heavily involved and the infrastructure we have at our disposable is very high tech. I'd say the worst aspect of my uni experience is maybe accommodation, my student's hall isn't that great. I don't mind though because the campus is so well equipped I end up spending most of my days on campus.

I find the teachers have an innovative approach to the subjects. We have a phenomenal careers center, I've studied in Switzerland for a while and never have I seen a university so well connected with companies from a wide array of sectors. The lecturers are extremely attentions to details and are always available to answer questions.

I found cleanliness is sometimes left to be at the back of their mind. Other than that the quality of customer service is out of this world. Location is also amazing, I am 5 min away from all my classes.

The environment makes Reading an immersive place for study and life. RUSU offers student activities every week. I can see some improvements happening as the uni is aware of the relations between staff and students.

We're having a hybrid mode in 2023 but up to 90% of the course is in-class teaching. Every module has a lecture per week and probably a relatively small class (seminar/tutorial/workshop) every fortnight. There are many support materials and office hours available but students are expected to be more pro-active.

A lovely small town close to London. A lot of big companies open their offices here - Primark, IBM, Big four... The bus runs 24 hours a day. You live with rich cultures.

Overall is good. It's a little more expensive than the other halls but I see the value here with the friendly staff. We have cleaners coming every week to tidy up the kitchen. It was some sort of wifi cut that happened but mainly because of the third-party service provider. One thing that made me upset is the staff team could do nothing towards the noise problem. There's a flatmate who continuously makes a noise at midnight - we talked to her several times and eventually had to report her but the uni side couldn't do anything about it.
