My university experience at Northumbria University has been a transformative journey that has shaped me into a confident and independent individual. My best aspect in Northumbria University is the academic staff are highly knowledgeable and supportive, providing guidance and encouragement throughout my studies. The worst aspect is just balancing my academic workload with other responsibilities, such as part-time jobs and extracurricular activities and there were times when I felt overwhelmed by the amount of coursework and assignments, which almost affected my mental health and wellbeing. What my prestigious uni should improve on is provide more resources and support for students struggling with mental health and wellbeing issues.

The best aspect if my course is the flexibility which allows me to balance my academic responsibilities with other commitments, such as work and family. The tutors are highly knowledgeable and supportive, providing guidance and encouragement throughout my studies. Some little challenges I faced was the overwhelming workload, with multiple assignments and deadlines to manage and also there were some technical issues with the online learning platform, which made it difficult to access course materials and submit assignments but my university handled the situation well.
