Best aspect of uni is all of the different opportunités that are available to us I am especially enjoying sports BU volleyball team however there are a bunch of different sports that people can try out if they want too. What I really appreciated was that I had never touched sport really before university and everyone was super welcoming and patience with me helping me learn as I just started out. Additionally I feel the opportunities academically are really good also as Im part of the employability programme where we can undertake a number of extra workshops to help me learn and develop myself as a professional whilst undertaking my normal studies as well. 1 thing im not a massive fan of at Bournemouth is during the lecture halls there aren’t always areas to charge our laptops if we are working I know this is a small thing but that’s about the only thing I can think of that I have had a bad experience with , as a whole im really loving my uni experience.

I’m enjoying the course content that we are receiving in seminars and lecturers is insightful and the staff give us appropriate assistance on topics of interest however what is not so enjoy ful is how we get graded in group projects , it may just be that I had an unlucky experience but when it came to my group project the individuals that were my teammates did not contribute at all to the assignment and didn’t try at all they didn’t have speak during the presentation yet they are given the marks they needed and I was given lower than I what I was aiming for because I was doing a 5 person job myself it was not a fun experience

I really enjoy the quality of the halls and rooms (the double bed especially) my fellow flat mates are lovely and the room allocation was great , the staff members are super helpful and are always willing to help whatever the problem is. The only issue I have with Corfe house is its location and how far away it is from the university and all of the other accommodations , makes me feel a little secluded and out of the loop.
