The Applied Linguistics community is wonderful (I decided to do my Master's here after finishing the BA course) and the research-centered curriculum is incredibly helpful. The overall university administration system could definitely improved though, very often we get information quite late (e.g. exam timetable) and sometimes when things go wrong we don't get communication in a timely manner (e.g. some final year results were not made available at the promised date last year and we never got an explanation, our marks just showed up 3 days later).

The course stucture in all AL degrees is very well-planned and they are constantly revising and improving it to fit the needs of the students.

The internet could be a bit unreliable (all over campus really) but the location and environment make up for it. Living next to a lake provides all the calm and quiet we need during exam season.

Beautiful campus some non-sexual toilets are not good. It’s not so clean for female students.

Some modules are really interesting. Several teachers are a little boring.
