The best aspect of my university experience has been the Students’ Union. It actively organises a wide range of activities, trips, and events that encourage student participation and engagement. These initiatives help students socialise, build connections, and feel welcomed, making the university feel more like a home rather than just a place of study. The Union also plays a key role in promoting inclusivity and student well-being. The worst aspect has been the course itself. I feel that the curriculum has not been sufficiently updated to reflect current industry demands and modern academic standards. Much of the content appears to follow an outdated structure, which makes it feel inadequate and less relevant to today’s professional environment.

While the course is delivered through a mix of in-class and blended learning, the teaching approach and content largely follow an outdated structure. Contact hours and interaction with lecturers are limited in terms of practical, industry-focused engagement, and more emphasis could be placed on applied learning, case studies, and current tools used in the profession. As a result, the course feels inadequate in preparing students for today’s professional environment and would benefit from a comprehensive curriculum redesign aligned with current market needs.
