I feel as though the student union at Leeds Beckett could be improved in comparison to facilities like University of Leeds has. However, i believe that Leeds Beckett provides exceptional support to students that may need it in many ways like student services, counselling and even just catch up clubs, i also feel as though my lecturers are extremely approachable and available to listen to any worries i may have. Sometimes i struggle with getting to grips when we first start a new topic and i feel like maybe some aspects of the teaching may not be focused enough to what we need to know for our assignments at the end of the semester

I am glad we have catch up clubs and a designated humanities space for study and my lecturers feel very approachable.

A bit crazy with the prices, too expensive, but the facilities are very nice. I don’t believe it’s worth the price however nice to have for first year regarding meeting new people and forming friendships

i feel like making more of the facilities free or at least cheaper would be nice. i love the cafe but can’t always afford food there as a student

i like how we can access the lectures online after seeing them in person

it is a large and popular city therefore after applying to loads of jobs i am yet to be given an opportunity at an interview after months of living here
