My accommodation has many issues such as mould and damp, wasps, basic facilities on working sometimes such as certain light switches, hot water (one shower always and one day all hot water) and some radiators.

Best - lecturers mostly good at explaining things, many opportunities to ask questions Worst - most content online, do most content in own time

Same as first, many problems such as wasps, mould and damp, facilities such as lights, radiators and hot water not working sometimes, windows not closing properly, leaking pipes, etc… Maintenance takes weeks to months to do anything
