The academic life is well balanced with the social aspects. There are lots of places to study and work and many opportunities to have fun. Living in villages with your year makes it even better. To improve the union could do more.

The way in which they approach the subject is very accessible, for areas such as chemistry content we do flipped lectures allowing us to have longer to comprehend difficult parts and there are many practicals which link to our content. Our tutors are also very supportive and have direct links to our subject to be able to support us academically. The course hours are manageable and give enough time to independently study.

I am in the cheapest accommodation offered and think it is extremely good value for money. The maintenance requests are always answered quickly and it is in a good position close to university but also close to the social life. It has 24 hour security within the village (The Vale) and we were able to pick our exact rooms and see others who would be in our flat before choosing.
