The university has a good atmosphere and facilities, however some of the student accommodation buildings look very old and worn. Most of the professors are dedicated to education, however timetables and scheduling are less than ideal.

The lectures are useful and the time is used meaningfully, however they can be on the long side timewise. Tutorials and seminars can be slightly awkward and less effective.

The town of Reading is a varied bag, it is very nice in some areas; but somewhat dangerous and dirty in others. It is important to know where to spend time and where to avoid.

The halls are in a good location and are safe, clean and have good facilities; however the prices are very high and thus I would recommend moving into a student house instead.

Reading university, help's to support your future career through providing many opportunities and careers events. I have taken part in many which look amazing on my cv. The overall area is amazing, we have many places to work and hang out with friends. Whenever I study at university, I know I can go out for a walk on the lovely campus and go down to the river and even the flower garden during spring which looks amazing. Not only are the students always helpful the teachers and staff always want the best for you.

My subject is full of career opportunities, my lecturers and tutors always provide the best help and reply to my questions really fast by email. They provide good help to those that suffer with mental health and always make sure we have drop in session for when the subject seems like it so becoming a bit difficult.
