It's very easy to get to and the parking situation is great. I have an EC permit, which allows me to park on either campus, but they also offer a 'Park and Ride' for students where they can park in a car park nearby and get the bus to whichever campus they need to go to. Even though there are 2 campus's, the Student Union makes sure to have events going on at both (most recently they had two Christmas markets, one on each campus on different days). The staff are excellent. They are very kind and understanding if you have to miss a seminar and always offer to do a meeting/call to go over anything you don't understanding. I do think that with some aspects, they don't communicate very well. For example, I received an email from the Student Funding and Financial Support team, about being eligible to go to the Food Pantry on campus. However, there was no information on how regular you can go (turns out you can only go once per term/semester) and it's in a room where students hang out at the tables and chairs, but the Pantry side is completely open, so anyone in that room can see you. I didn't mind this, but I do worry it may put people off, when they are stared at whilst going to the Pantry. Another thing is, they have a list and on it, it tells you how many things you can get from each category/box, which you have to mark what you are choosing and they check this at the end. However, when I went, 3 out of 4 items from the top box were out of stock (you can only choose 1 item from this box) and the only thing left was chili sauce. Now, I completely understand that they have no control over what they have in stock, and that's not what my issue was with this. It's that as you can only go once per term/semester, if you choose not to get something from one of the sections, there's no record of that, so you can't go back another time, to see if they have any items back in stock.

We have a mixture of online and in person teaching. The lectures are pre-recorded and are posted in advance, for us to watch before the seminar. With the seminar being in person. I think this is excellent as I can watch the lectures and do the reading or any tasks when I have the chance to and then go in for the seminars.

Staying at university accommodation is the most enjoyable part of our university life. We get to attend all the activities by student union. Also it’s very safe to stay here.
