The campus feel and facilities are amazing. The only issue is that the student union doesnt actually feel accessible to students and it’s being renovated soon which means it will be completely shut off from us.

Lots of layoffs mean that some content that we were promised is no longer being delivered which means I’m not learning skills which could be vital to the career I want.

Staff were very friendly and value fot money is a lot better than what I’ve seen from my friends at other unis.

The lecturers are great and it's a great place to study in. The facilities are great overall, we use Macs for example and the library is always a great place to go to do any work. Since I've been here there have been a few data outages/hacks which have meant I can't access online resources which is annoying when I have work that needs doing. There have been a lot of pushbacks on a sports centre that was meant to open last year which has been frustrating. I understand this is out of their control but there has been a lack of communication about ay updates.

I've been taught fully online this year which I have enjoyed. We spend a lot of time in the newsroom, whether its curating or editing. I'm in uni everyday, sometimes only for an hour which isn't ideal, but all my lecturers are great and knowledgable in their subject. We've done a variety of different modules, and sometimes more choice within choosing modules would be better as the choices are so vastly different.

It's a lovely seaside city with plenty of facilities for everyone. It's not always the safest but I expect that's the same for a lot of cities.
