I have always gotten help immediately when it was needed. My lecturers and course directors are like friends and are open to help with both personal and academic problems.

Some lecturers get back to you within 24 hours. All the resources are very useful and we can use them in our spare time to further prepare us for our future career.

You get pretty much everything you need. There are cleaners and iron and ironing board which is very useful. The toilets and showers get clean weekly which is helpful

The best aspect of my experience would definitely be the comfort of my accommodation - the uni have some a great job to ensure the accommodation has a home-like feel , making me feel comfortable and safe. The “worst” part of my experience would be minor issues such as heating or water issues; these are however solved fairly quickly and don’t happen that often, so they aren’t a major issue

Best aspect of my course I’d say is the opportunities we get to use the myriad of facilities available to us and also the opportunities to create and meet new contacts to grow our networks and broaden our horizons. The worst aspect of my course I’d say is the homework; we get homework almost every lecture in addition to the large amount of assignments we need to submit for our assessments at the end of this term - I think it’s a bit much for term 1 of year 1

MOST : the look/aesthetic , my room is spacious , safety LEAST: no visitors allowed after 10:30, shower heads aren’t detachable
