I like the warm and welcoming feeling around campus, my lecturers are also very friendly and helpful when it comes to practical labs and advice for assignments/exams. The CSB building in particular is very impressive and caters to all my course requirements e.g., high spec computer facilities, social space for studying etc. The student union is definitely the best part of Queen's for the vast amount of facilities it has and the events that happen regularly. My registration and matriculation as a 2nd year direct entry HND student coming from a technical college and not school was completed in a professional manner as I was always kept up to date with the process. I generally do not have anything bad to say.

The way my course is taught is generally well laid out. Labs and practical content is organised and well available on Canvas and covers course material in good details every week especially in my web programming class. Although I do think that certain classes that I have are better taught in person instead of online where there is more encouragement for class discussion and engagement instead of online lectures. When in comes to contact with tutors, they are very active and helpful towards any questions I have towards my coursework or upcoming exams.
