The atmosphere the students and teachers create is amazing. Everyone is always busy and happy and loud. Even the library is always packed so it’s motivating to study. The teacher to student relationship that university helps to build is amazing as you really get as much help as possible and build a good bond with teachers. Overall it’s a great campus integrated right into the city so it’s a short walk to everywhere! Only thing that could be improved is the accommodation pricing as it’s very expensive especially now during the crisis.

Some compulsory modules are difficult and if you land on a bad teacher which has only happened to me once, it really ruins the module and makes it difficult to study. However apart from that the teachers always manage to make the courses interesting and provide so much help it’s pretty much impossible to fail

I have enjoyed uni so far. It was very daunting at the beginning but it cooled down and I made lots of friends. I hated living out though and had to move back to my house which is quite far from uni. Second year has been easier and the support that’s provided is better

Really great. So many computed and resources we can use at our discretion. The builds are always open until late in the evening so we can study. Have lots of different sports facilities Which we can book to use. As well as silent study areas.

There are lots of well-being support people and the lecturers and tutors want to help you if you’ve got A problem . The support is good any engaging and they want to try and help you In the best way that will benefit you

We have lots of friendly people prepared to help you at the SU. There’s a large 3 floor seating area and it’s comfy and warm. Had food and drinks options as well

It is in a great location as the middle of town. Very accessible and lots of food places and things to do are close to the uni. Can always go somewhere on my break and library is easy to go to for late night revision sessions

Literally a society for everything bans they’re easy to join, but some do seem expensive for no reason. Or their socials are always just going out. Would refer things like meals etc

Sometimes the lecturers don’t seem like they want to be there (who does 5 days a week) so it can be a little downing. However, I love the support which most of them offer to us with coursework prep and going to see them often at their offices when we need extra help

amazing employability team who are always looking to help you and read your applications. can visit them as many times as you like and they are still happy to see you. Lots of internal possibilities including the LAC for the law students. Have food places on campus that you can work as well
