Staff and academic support are great. The facilities are equally great. You can't be stranded as you're surrounded with help and support. Helping international students with accommodation (speedily) should be worked on.

The lecturers are engaging. They are intentional about carrying everyone along. They should include more drop-in sessions (hours and days) for students to meet with the lecturers.

It is close to the student accommodation.

It is comfortable. It has the basic amenities I need. The accommodation staff are friendly and responsive. I don't like the fact there isn't courtyard/space to dry clothes outside. We have to spin our clothes 2-3 times in the dryer which is costly.
