There should be more effort put into the structure of the curriculum and modules

There should be higher standards for the lecturers, some are really good and some are awful. Support for placements and internships isn’t the best

It’s a very diverse university with lots of opportunities to apply for internships and work placements that really help with the gaining employability.

There’s a lot of flexibility at the university in terms of support and great opportunities to go abroad particularly in my course. I think there’s definitely room for improvement for some (not all) lecturers in terms of passion and ability to make their lessons engaging; but there’s definitely teachers, like Hasan Gilani, who put in the extra effort to give you more support and resources than you’ll probably need to make the most out of their modules.

The halls are very modern with good facilities and en-suites, if you have the budget for it they are a perfect living place for first years. In my first year they were quite expensive and they have only gone up in price since, I can’t justify spending the amount on rent that they ask for, particularly when there are other halls and private rentals that are just as nice.
