Finance department needs to improve its operations.

The best aspect is that the environment is nice also the student engagement team are very accommodating and diligent in their services however, some of the lecturers are very overburdened with workloads such that they don’t give the maximum attention to student. For example, my project supervisor complained to us of having over 620 students coursework to mark within the space of 3 weeks while he having 10 dissertation students under his guidance making him not to be able to fix meeting nor even respond to any mail sent to him from any of the 10 project students. This has been by worse experience in my academic journey.
