I really love the ambiences of the university. My only complaint is that very few international companies operate nearby university making it difficult for the getting job.

I like the modules which aligned with the industry standard but the course itself is very wide making it difficult to go through it.

Campus area is huge which is enables students to spend time in different locations without feeling cramped. There are great facilities for students to spend time and prepare and eat meal Library is great, there are areas specifically designed different types of studying methods.

Some modules are thought way too theoretical and abstract and this sometimes makes me think this will never be useful in my career life. More examples should be given in order to understand a method, topic etc. All classes are recorded and those are accessible in the module webpage which is great for making a recap when needed.

Brighton is a vibrant and energetic city with lots of available activities everywhere. It is very diverse and therefore respectful to different ethnicities, cultures, sexual orientations. It has a coast and it is great to have a morning walk along the sea. Outside activities generally are quite expensive in comparison to the rest of the country. Public transportation is generally expensive and sometimes not punctual, it is possible for buses to delay more than 15 minutes. And the interior hygiene is generally poor. The weather can be extremely windy especially in the areas nearby the seaside. Rents and properties generally quite expensive.

My accommodation is located at the city centre which is great for easily accessing anything for daily needs. It is located at the seafront, therefore the view is fantastic in the kitchen. The staff is generally helpful and smiling. Some rooms don’t see the seafront and they still pay the same price as those which do. My room wasn’t cleaned properly before arrival. Some furnitures are really old and therefore damaged over time. The rooms at the back and lower floors get too much noise from the nearby clubs, bars and drunk people passing by especially at Friday and Saturday nights.
