The facilities are really nice and there is a broad range of modules to choose from. The process for choosing modules and changing them is relatively straight forward. I have had some really engaging module leads which have been fantastic in lectures and I have really enjoyed having them teach. For me, I think it was information before starting my Uni course. It was a bit easier for me because I had studied at Uni before. I felt there could have been a bit more information on how the student card works, how to use the Library etc. but in a more friendly format. We had an induction that gave us some of this information, but it's also helpful to have some information via email or a leaflet on the basics. On one of my modules, I had a module tutor who would teach on the work that the module lead put together. However, I felt this was quite difficult for the learning experience as the module tutor would just read off the slides, it felt like they didn't really know the information as they didn't run the module. I had a similar experience on another module when the module tutor covered for the module lead.

Course content is interesting and I have some really engaging module leads who teach me. Sometimes the module tutors aren't as academically knowledgeable. As part time student, I think I have been slightly overlooked when it comes to Personal Academic Tutor. The full time students had a lecture where they were able to meet their PATs. Part time students aren't required to attend these lectures as it's additional time each week which is difficult to accomodate around schedules, but it has meant that I haven't had that introduction so I don't feel as comfortable with them.

University of Worcester is an amazingly supportive institution, the information available and seminars are always interesting and I have met the best people at university. Teachers are really creative, smart and try their best to pass on knowledge. I see a space for improvement in making accommodation more affordable beyond first-years. Also, for example my parents don't speak English at all so it would be nice to have the university open days or a video in a few different languages so also our parents can learn where we actual

Even though HR can be a very detailed set of information, teachers at this university make it attractive and enjoyable to learn. I rarely got bored listening to this topic and I know I could handle much more years in this course. The first year is a bit out of the topic of HR and it was not always that interesting.
