Swansea university gives you an experience that no other can provide, in the heart of the Gower your seconds away from beautiful pristine surf beaches. Yes a very small city centre and a lack of choice in shops but you always feel relaxed in the town and the inhabitants are usually very friendly, great bus service gets you were you want to go . I enjoy my course fully, there's a wide range of aspects and skills covered from essay writing, to practicals in the field and lab to creative opportunities. The university very much has a happy and positive vibe, a chilled outlook which makes you feel content studying as Swansea. The union is incredible good with events all year round, the summer ball is one of the best having a festival vibe instead of a stuffy sit down meal wearing long dresses. Some lectures are terrible dull but that's the case in most universities, its part of the studying experience. Swansea gives you a stepping ladder to greater opportunities if you push yourself. I would recommend to anyone to apply to Swansea university.

Oh my god!! Swansea University is the place! I have been to many cities visiting people but nothing like swansea. The freshness around swansea is amazing. The place around the university is covered in trees. The biggest park in wales is in swansea and bang next to the campus. The swansea campus is a beach facing campus. I have around 6 hrs of class per week without counting the seminars. So it is very easy for me to balance my extra curricular work and academics. Swansea University also has a wide range of societies and the major societies are all about adventure sports. According to my seniors, the university has one of the best placement plans in the UK.
