There are lovely people and societies/sports are done well. My main issue is that as my course is interdisciplinary, my department has to be Philosophy, History and Interdisciplinary Studies, even though the majority of my modules are Sociology and Criminology. It made it a lot harder to meet people as in the welcome week I didn’t meet a single person on my course (at department events).

They have made lots of improvements to our timetabling making it fewer, longer days rather than each class being very spread out in the week. My personal tutor has changed 3 times but I only met one of them, in the first month or so of first year.

It’s a good place to study because there’s loads of support, it’s a very welcoming campus and the lectures are experienced within the field and great at passing on their knowledge.

The course hours are nice and the lecture are never too long so I’m always engaged in what is being talked about. Our lectures are easy to contact and they are more than happy to help and answer all our questions asked.

All bills are included so you don’t have to worry about paying multiple bills for different things. It along way from campus but that’s the only downside. It’s close to a supermarket and a bus stop is right outside. The room itself is spacious and perfect for uni accommodation and it’s nice to have an en-suite.
