The lecturers are generally of very good quality, are friendly and work hard for the students. The facilities are well maintained by the rest of the staff. So I'm mind boggled as to why Qub won't accommodate better working conditions and pay for their staff, they can obviously afford it when they lavishly spend money on new buildings. Wise up and acknowledge the people who actually keep the University functioning.

I would like more practical aspects to the course, more in class group work and generally more hands on learning.
