St Andrews is a beautiful town but its is so hard to get to - so if you don't mind a travelling day its perfect. Student life is small and energetic - a family feel. Courses are well respected, there is a lot of reading but it is definitely very rewarding! there are too many people attending the university for the study space it has. they are completing updates but these will not fix this problem.

I live my course. Its very heavy on the reading side. and is led by self-study but the lectures, tutors and teaching staff are incredibly helpful and are all leaders in their field.

i lived staying in halls, especially in the wonderful location of mcintosh

Overall, I would recommend St. Andrews for my course. I would like there to be more contact hours at honours, especially given we have missed so many at sub honours.
