Great campus and student life experience! On occasion, facilities are outdated/ retro and can feel dirty but overall generally well maintained.

Wide range of lecturer satisfaction. Some are great and thoroughly engaged, going above and beyond. Some feel less engaged and see teaching as a requirement but only care about research

Everything was fantastic. Great sized room, kitchen well stocked. Some people see shared bathrooms as a problem but never really caused an issue for me. Great central location near campus.

The campus is a great location - feels separate from the city, but is also really close to the centre.

In first and second year, contact with lecturers felt minimal. I dislike that only a few lecturers make an effort to learn your names. This is understandable in large lecture groups , but not so much in weekly seminars. It makes you feel disconnected and doesn’t inspire much motivation. I found, that in my final year, this has changed. Especially my dissertation supervisor, who I had regular meetings with who made an effort to understand my strengths / weaknesses.

My experiences in accommodation were both great. The only issue was the wifi , which once went off for an entire weekend, leaving me unable to do my work from my room.
