The staff on the BSc Psychology and MSc Health Psychology are just fantastic. They are so supportive and genuinely care and want you to succeed. Nothing is too much trouble. This is my fourth year now at the university and the campus very much feels like home. It is small and friendly, only downside is there isn’t enough parking, which can be a little bit of a stress in the mornings when trying to get to lectures. I’m very comfortable here and do not want to leave because it really is the nicest place to be. It’s very inclusive, all the staff are brilliant, from lecturers to the chaplaincy team to security. I would recommend this university to everyone.

There’s so much variety on the course with some really interesting content. Tutors are there for you when you need them and other members of staff. There is lots of assignment support and lectures are recorded which is such a bonus.

I love the university it’s self and feel that the support offered, specifically from my personal tutor, is amazing. There is always someone you can go to for help and advice. I don’t like the new city campus, specifically the lack of student parking. we pay £12-19 per week on parking and have to pay for petrol on top of that. Busses are expensive and don’t always work with schedules as i have two jobs and would risk being late/ missing shifts if i relied on public transportation. it would be good if we could have some sort of student passes for the local car parks where we pay each term/year. I also don’t like how there isn’t a big lecture theatre, as often we are sat in an open space near the enterance of the building. Thank you for reading!! Izzy :)

As i have ADHD i can find it hard to pay attention for long 2 hour lectures. I would love if we did more hands on things during classes, as i find we are often just listening to lecturers talking at us. Even if they just put interactive things in slides like quizzes etc.

I think there’s a lot of opportunities to work and find jobs!

No issues, i absolutely loved living in pittville. It was slightly far from town, but i liked how this gave me time to talk and get to know people when we would be walking to class/town.
