University of Essex is the best place to study because they prove great support both on physical, mental, social and financial both to the Home and International students. The university has trained staff both academic and non-academic who are passionate and keen to support students as long as you seek support and speak up. They value their students irrespective of their backgrounds that why they are the most diversified universities with different students around the globe. The make sure that none of their students is left behind by providing activities that engages every one as well as comfortable and fit to participate. The university listens to their students also strive to improve and make change where it is detrimental to students so as to enable their students to have pleasant student life experience. However, University of Essex is not committed much to Mature students who has a lot to juggle with including family, children, relatives, works plus social and personal lives. They should be give priority to mature students during assignment submissions and deadlines knowing very well that they have so many committeements along their studies.

The best aspect of my course is the support, care and compassion that my tutors demonstrate to students in order to make sure that they achieve their goals. Lecturers are keen to students well-being as well as achieving their desired grading by providing excellent support in various ways to facilitate their understanding of the module and course contents. The are also bent on making sure that student is followed up in case the students are not performance to standard and expectation. Again they encourages students to make use of their student life by providing as many activities that enables students to socialize, participate and engages with one another. This can be seen in the activities of the Student Unions who signs so many activities in order to include and for every one to get involve.. The university gives opportunities to every one to compete to excel in their different talents, skills and experiences. On the other hand, the worst aspect of the course is most of the time communication is a major problem especially with nursing student who do face challenges in their both community and clinical placements. This has manifested when their Supervisors do not know much on what is expected from them as suggested by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Often there is a communication gaps between the students and their clinical Assessors which sometimes results into signing them off late or students not meeting up their professional proficiencies.
