The best parts of my uni experience has been the opportunity to compete in sports teams alongside my studies. The student support has also been amazing, as I've reached out to them multiple times, and even accessed the university counselling At university it can be isolating at times, especially living on campus when other people/friends on your course do not live on campus. The social life/ side can be improved, especially the student bar. I am in my 3rd year of the course, but 4th year of studying, this was due to not being able to resit a failed essay in 2nd year. I think that the university should allow another resit period as well as summer, as this affected me mentally and financially, as I was held back a year.

The best parts is definitely the placement aspect, being very practical and hands on. We have a lot of contact time with lecturers, being in 2 days a week full days , 3 days a week pre-Christmas. It's just very intense, and even when we get breaks (half terms etc) it still doesn't feel like a break because we're acting on catch up with assignments.

I got one of the bigger bedrooms in halls, so that was an advantage, but we always had water issues, and there wasn't enough storage/fridge space for 9 people in that kitchen

The campus is very chill, which is amazing

The best aspect is that teachers are very good

The rooms are spacious, but the WiFi doesn't connect to consoles
