With the uni being slightly smaller than most it does feel nice to be there and the environment is welcoming and the facilities such as the SU and the library are really nice, I also love my course. The only negatives I have is that we have been promised trips that have suddenly then not been an option because of ‘money’ however they have the money to build brand new buildings. And I also think there is a lack of communication sometimes between staff.

I love my course because I have a lovely class of people and the lecturers are there to support you. However, I feel the one day a week with the lecturers for a full time course isn’t very much at all considering the price of uni. Also I think the course needs more technical lessons at the start, I felt like uni presume that everyone knows all the software but that really isn’t true. The work load for this course is also a lot more than other subjects.

My uni experience has been amazing overall, however I feel as though there is far too much work to do in such a short amount of time, I also feel as though the nightlife could be improved. I also think my health issues weren’t dealt with as well as they could have been, I was warned with a fitness to study meeting. My lecturers can be quite cold and not understanding towards students’ situations. Other than those things, I believe Uni has been great and I am very happy with my social life.

As said prior, I think lecturers should be a bit more understanding of students’ issues instead of threatening them by kicking them off the course. Health issues should be dealt with calmly and accordingly, not students threatened. Course content is far too much.

I like the freedom and location, however it is a shame to be put with people you don’t get along with. The security is very good and parcels are well looked after behind reception.
