The lecturers I’ve had have been extremely supportive and have been so helpful in helping me to develop my skills as a designer. They give good, productive and useful feedback and briefs. There is so much to get involved with at student central, and plenty of societies to join.

Course content is excellent, tutors are amazing and are always willing to speak to you or answer any questions you have whether it be in person or via email. I feel as though the work placements and internship scheme could be improved- you don’t get much support arranging a placement, you have to fully find something on your own and sort it out yourself. Some support or guidance/ a guaranteed placement via a university contact would be great.

Dosen’t feel homely, feels uncomfortable and feels as though you’re getting taken advantage of in terms of high rent prices. Did feel safe towards my stay though, however staff always being around can get frustrating and takes the fun out of living away from home.

Best bits is that there’s lots going on and staff are really helpful, sometimes financial struggles aren’t considered in courses and it’s not recognised that not everyone come from the same background

The course is fun and the lecturers are dedicated to helping the student. Facilities are okay, printers are really bad
