Park campus is lovely, very beautiful, clean, well kept and cared for. The maintenance team are fantastic and go out of their way to help you even with subject unrelated to university. All the staff are lovely and friendly, even including the cleaners and the refectory staff. The library is also great and full of helpful resources. The catering and hospitality aspects could be improved in terms of availability, nutrition and convenience.

Our course is well structured and the amount of contact time with our lecturers is great, however I don’t feel as though I’m learning much on my course. I feel as though the lecturers are often laid back with their work and although they are really lovely people and mainly do a great job, I feel as though they could offer more guidance especially in terms of work placements, career prospects and industry advice.

I love it’s location, the size of Cheltenham means that there’s plenty to do and lots to enjoy, but it’s also a really safe place to live. It’s like a whole community, I’ve always lived in Gloucestershire, yet since being at uni I’ve got to know so many people around Cheltenham and Gloucester that everywhere I go I see someone I know and it’s lovely :)

I really love the feels of my current campus it looks great and not like any of the other blocky white buildings that are always present for nearly every uni. The walls in my course area are lined with old students' work and posters, which makes it feel really welcoming. Although our building roof does leak and despite numerous complaints form our lecturors is still not fixed. The campus next year looks like a glorified car park with minimal personality. Where we have to sign petitions to keep our personal desks because there isn't enough room for us, which is not great. The student help area was brilliant in helping me get screened fairly rapidly, but I know it has taken longer for others. Only one of the campuses (in Cheltenham) has hot food/nice selection of made on site food, which would be nice for all the campuses, but I know there may not be space. The library staff are really helpful in showing how things work and where to find books. The lectures are all really great and ready to answer any question you might have. They are also easy to talk to. I personally don't go clubbing but ther are plenty of pubs and a couple of nightclubs in the area. As well as the race course and a couple of galleries if you fancy going out. There is also a fairly reliable bus service for getting to different campuses or to get to back to halls on a night out.

I have yet to do any work placements, but they are already starting to talk about it, mentioning different places that offer it with our field. My lectures are currently testing new course modules, meaning not everything works completely. However, they are always open for feedback and things they can do to improve the modules. We currently have plenty of space to work somewhere. However, the print room could benefit from more workspace area as it can get a bit cramped with a full class.

There are quite a few minor issues in my halls, such as the sofa looking like a raccoon attacked it, and being really uncomfortable at times. The telly also fitzes out alot and isn't the best when watching live. Phone signal can also be a bit dodgy the rooms. The rooms and kitchen could do with more storage and better quality desk chairs (that are significantly more comfortable). Also when reporting things to materince some things get delt with quickly are others are never delt with despite multiple reportings.
