Fab experience in terms of traditions that you'd never get anywhere else, but can be very stressful, and be warned, it's tough! The best bits include the huuuuge variety of clubs and societies - rowing, other sporting teams, go-karting, music societies, even tea and ice cream societies, both at a college and university level. On the other hand, if you're wanting to go out partying all the time, it's not the place for you! Most people I know party a couple of times a term after first year (and even in first year not a huge amount after Fresher's), but the Formals (3-course Hogwarts-style candle-lit dinners) make up for it!

A bit overwhelming at times and found it hard sometimes to cope, but have enjoyed my experience so far. University facilities are good but only open to students so many are closed off.
