Great location in the heart of England, surrounded by woods and hills to explore. The campus itself is very safe and easy to navigate, despite its vast size. Loughborough is a quaint little town with all the necessities and entertainment needed by a student at a short walk away.

The facilities are very good, but the lecturers themselves are not so. Some talk too quickly, others brush over important concepts inadequately and then fret over the minor things that are not as useful to know. However, the amount of contact time per week and work load is well balanced.

Strategic positioning for STEM students: <5 minute walk to all lectures. Catered, low budget. Good common rooms. However, the Hall Subs are a bit of a scam to anyone whom does not consume alcoholic beverages.
