Yes I am really enjoying my time at sheffield university. I would recommend this university to everyone who is a hardworker with a good educational drive. I would recommend to all future students thinking about going to university to go to all open days and get a feel of the university and even go out on a night out to get a feel of the place. Freshers week is a great week to meet new people and get involved with lots of activities. Freshers is actualy the best week at university and the university put on LOADS of acitvities from swedish massage to horse riding. From quizes to drinking games. Enjoy it while it lasts because it really does go quick!

The students union here is really good, with a huge variety of sports clubs, societies and other activities to get involved in. By joining in with these it's easy to make good friends.Sheffield is a great city, though the city centre has been affected a little by Meadowhall being nearby, but it doesn't take long to get to Meadowhall, with frequent trains and trams stopping there. Back in Sheffield itself, there's lots of things to do and lots of events happening all the time, both as part of the uni and in the wider community.
