Good very inclusive, very friendly, great nightlife, good courses and tutors. Accommodation is great and issues fixed quickly and good facilities on site like pub and 24 hour library

My overall university experience has been amazing. I have absolutely loved being on campus and moving out of home. The course and uni is perfect for me and I’ve enjoyed everything about it.

Extremely good. Everything you could need is available to you

The support offered is good. I don’t need any counselling so haven’t experienced that but the academic support is extremely good and the tutors look out for you

The student union puts a lot of effort into making lots of events for everyone. They represent the university very well in my opinion and provide events every Wednesday.

The accommodation is in a very close proximity to all my classes and a maximum 5 minute walk from anywhere. The drive into Newport is about 10 minutes so it’s extremely convenient

There is plenty of societies and sports available for everyone, even those who aren’t extremely sporty.

I love the more relaxed approach compared to lessons at school, I also like the smaller groups I have due to the nature of my course. I don’t like how quick some of the lectures happen and the presumption that everyone is at the same intelligence level

There is plenty of opportunity for careers placement at my university. My course is also a 4 year course with a placement year offering me opportunity in the workplace
