The university has many free social activities and sports activities like Rock Up and Play, which allows you to have fun, socialise while improving your health. You’re surrounded by supportive and friends people, and this has encouraged me to go out more and enjoy my time at uni. I haven’t had any bad experiences yet, hopefully it stays that way.

The best part is that all the resources you need are available and so are recording of lectures. I won’t call it the worst but for certain lectures, sometimes they feel long due to the lack interaction.

The best thing about it is that it is close to all other buildings where lectures go on in, it will be maximum 9 minutes. And it’s close to the stores, if ever need to buy something. The bad part is that I can become nosy sometimes and if you’re a person who would like a lack side view, you won’t be able too. But the surrounding of the building is quite nice still and it’s kept clean.

The campus and the facilities are world-class but they should encourage students to seek out internships instead of doing dissertations if they want. Class tests should be replaced with projects or assignments. The current class test method of grading is antiquated and pointless.

the course structure is mostly good but they should let students do projects or assignments instead of tests and internships or work placements instead of dissertations for the msc. While most of the modules are in-class, the the language modules are online. It should also be in-class as students will get an opportunity to practice their new language skills with other learners their level.

Aldi and Tesco is close-by. Lots of greenery and woods around. It is practically a small town. You might still be exploring new buildings in your 2nd month here.

Location is the best. It's very close to Aldi, Tesco, Boots, Greggs, Subway, etc. Only a 10 min walk. However, considering the shared bathroom and kitchen situation, the rent is barely reasonable. There should actually be a discount for the constant social conflicts such proximity causes.
