Brighton is a great place to study at with a close proximity to London and the beach. The student life is very interesting too - there is something to do for everyone! The student support (especially skills hub) is a great way to make the most of your uni experience and learn some extra skills, get CV advice and more. The campus is lovely, it’s located right outside of Brighton with great public transportation from the town. It’s surrounded by beautiful nature.

I wish the Media, Arts and Humanities department had more facilities for filmmaking and more extracurricular opportunities. However the access to the professional film equipment gave me the opportunity to practice my technical filmmaking skills.

It has a big well equipped kitchen. It’s located right in the centre of campus - close to the shop and classrooms. The accommodation is new and maintained in a good condition.

The campus environment of the University of Sussex is very good, with complete facilities. I am a film major, so for me, the most important thing is film and television equipment. The university offers a wide selection of film and television equipment, which is great, but there is a drawback here, which is that the school does not provide drone cameras, making it impossible for me to shoot some scenes that require drones.

In terms of course learning, I love the many interesting practical activities provided by the teachers the most, which is great. The only drawback is still that schools do not provide learning and leasing of drone cameras.
