The facilities for my chosen course give students the opportunity to get a real understanding of the industry as we study the subject. The student life in the student union adds to the uni experience and creates a space for students to spend time in between classes. The most difficult aspect of the uni experience is the cost of living for students and the lack of discounts available in the student facilities.

The course provides a lot of knowledge about the industry that we need to understand so that we can collaborate successfully. The course hours are generous and give us lots of time to split learning between lectures and practical classes. However, the balance between practical and lecture classes is slightly biased towards lecture-based teaching and more practical opportunities would improve the course. Contact with lecturers is always met with quick replies to help with any issues we may be having.

The uni halls are very spacious and give each student lots of room to keep their belongings. The value for money for the amenities is not something that I would rate very well as the facilities are slightly dated and the upkeep of the building is challenged by how old this particular building is in comparison to other uni halls. The design and layout of the rooms does not allow for much socialising between flatmates in comparison to other uni halls as the living room contains only a small couch set with no access to a television or any form of entertainment.

Such a great vibe to the campus and the student union is so great, cheapest drinks around and a great place to go between classes.

Lecturers are great and really care for what they teach. Wish there was more practical classes
