Edge hill is a really brilliant university. Not only is the campus so picturesque, the facilities are outstanding. They're always putting students ideas first when it comes to new facilities and buildings. The new onsite accommodation is lovely. I really enjoy living on campus and attending this university, I feel it will be an experience I can never replace.

Brilliant facilities all over campus ready for us to book out and use.

I always know I can get help from the student support, they're always available whenever I need them and they always try and help me as much as they can.

The student union is brilliant and theyre always getting students involved in the events they organise and everyone seems so friendly.

Ormskirk is a lovely little town, filled with friendly locals and lots of students from the uni itself. With just a short train journey to Liverpool Ormskirk is situated in a brilliant spot as you don't get the rush of traffic from the city centre and you can enjoy the relaxing scenery.

There are hundreds of clubs and societies to join, I haven't joined one yet although im looking to sign up to one soon. Everyone I know at the uni is in either a club or a society and they have the best time ever.

My course is so interesting in that my first year consists of getting to know all areas of the media, with a variety of workshops and skilled lecturers and speakers to teach us specific modules.

Edge hill are always inviting students to discuss their CVs with professional staff to ensure they have the best possibility at ensuring they have a career in the future. They are always advertising jobs and opportunitues on the uni website or on social networking sites, to provide students with the best possible chances of getting the job they dream of.

Luckily my accommodation was one of the newest which was built last year. It really is a lovely block of flats. Everything is thought of when it comes to storage and the layout of the rooms and there is so much space to relax and chill out. The tv in my room is amazing, I can access so many channels which makes me feel right at home. The ensuite in my room is fab too, as I like to keep things clean and tidy around me and my ensuite wet room is spacious and easy enough to clean. The kitchen is very big and spacious allowing lots of room for bonding times with my flatmates.

It is a very welcoming place and has great courses that engage with each student. The nightlife is very fun and I can’t argue with how the uni runs events on campus as they are so good. Especially the student union where they host socials every Wednesday.

Learning is great however there’s occasions where there isn’t great interactions between student and teacher however if we talk to other teachers and give feedback everything gets sorted

It is very fun and all the rooms are equal. Very good security
