Best: The facilities are great, sadly we didn't get full use of them in my first two years due to covid. Tutors seem to care and will follow up on any issues. Worst: Not being shown in much detail how to work systems, and almost being expected to know everything on day one.

Best: the support i received from uni when applying for a placement was very good, and i've been supported if needed since starting. Worst: There doesn't seem to be much communication between different departments, meaning i might need to repeat myself.

Most: the staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the location is perfect. Least: Very loud as my room was next to a main road, and my room was never as the car park light was always very bright.
