Great place to study as tutors have relevant knowledge on industry. I like Derby as a city, lots of things to do in the city whether partying or pubs. Collaborative projects aren’t really done which could be improved across all disciplines.

All in person and prefer that way. Course cohort is small which I also like. Hours have dramatically increased in 3rd year and more is expected, but there doesn’t seem much support if people are struggling.

En-suite room costs roughly £163 which isn’t too bad. Very good location near shops and campus

With the amount of campuses the university of Derby has there's so many different disciplines that they offer with a bunch of different tools and resources. I've enjoyed using and learning the varied amount of them.

My course, and many others that I have heard about are going through a lot of changes in their contents. This causes a lot of miscommunication and almost feels like we're guinea pigging for their courses.

Our hall manager is lovely and the rooms are quite nice and offer good en suite options however, if you're like me and get the smallest kitchen which is causes by just drawing the short straw it feels like a kick in the teeth paying the same amount as others with much bigger kitchens.
