I enjoy the teaching style of the University, and my lecturers are very well suited to their role. I think everyone within the University team is friendly and approachable.

Very good lecturers, however I struggle to use MyStudies to work due to its layout.

Worst - don't acknowledge things like holocaust memorial day (important to us Jewish students) and allow vandalism of necessary accessibility features without letting us know if the people who did it have been caught (bridge lift). Along with this, the constant and ironic (somewhat undisclosed) use of AI by the SU that no one can stand. Best - generally, the University is good. I enjoy my time here and the staff are generally understanding. There's certain aspects I take issues with, but can deal with. I do wish there was better deals for bus prices like last semester but oh well

My course is amazing. It has very small classes (perfect for me), and great facilities. When the bridge lift went down, my course leader was able to move as many classes as possible over to classes I could access.

The maintence people were rude and locked me out of my room "accidentally" on several occasions, and said it was my fault for not having my key card on me (I hadn't left my room). My original room in Preston Hall was awful, I have a fatigue disorder and there would constantly be people outside of my room and the other people in my flat were not disabled and did NOT understand what being disabled entailed and ended up being somewhat ableist towards me. My second room in Regency Hall was much better as I had picked to move there and I knew everyone in the flat, most of whom were disabled.
