I love studying at Ravensbourne partly because of the excellent facilities (specifically the kit store, which is full of tech that I otherwise wouldn't have access to), well-stocked library, and how supported I have already been when I have asked for it. Due to the university only being small and not having as many community areas as other universities, the student life was what I rated the lowest; however, the location, right next to the O2, and with cafes and a food hall also on the peninsula, there are still plenty of places to go with fellow university students in between classes. I haven't been involved with the student union too much myself, but they often send emails and sometimes hand things out, such as vouchers for free drinks at the university cafe.

My course is taught almost entirely in class, between the main building (R1) and R2, which is just across the peninsula, and has the materials library as well as plenty of specialised printers, which come in very handy for modules that require printing and which benefit from being printed in a particularly interesting way, such as printing magazines. The course content is excellent and varied, including photography and graphic design, as well as marketing and plenty of research, making me feel like once I have finished the course I will have a very well-rounded and full set of skills. All of my lecturers are friendly and make me feel comfortable to ask them things when I need to, and when I have contacted them out of class time I have always received a prompt response; they are always sure to be specific about when they are non-contactable.

More funding for equipment, especially for foundation students. More support with studies and time frames. More industry speakers and projects
