Brighton University is a very inclusive and welcoming uni. There is great support for students, however I feel as though mental health should be seen as a more important issue than it is seen upon as of now. With this being said I believe that the location of the unis are well placed and accessible with amazing facilities for students. The positive outlook on Brighton uni is very much helped by the amazing city in which it is in, as student life is very fun!

I enjoy the course although I do believe that a lot of the content is irrelevant in terms of the career I would like to pursue in the future. The more 'event' based modules I find very interesting however. Most of the lecturers are very understanding and kind making work a lot easier and fun to take part in. I believe that if a lecture is a 9am and there is an option of it being filmed it should be taught online making it easier for students that have to travel early in the morning.

University halls
What do you think about the safety, condition, location and cost of your accommodation?
I absolutely loved halls and was one of the students that was lucky enough to get along with all 9 flat mates. This made such a huge difference to me as it meant I was extremely comfortable with all the people I lived with making the change from living at home to uni a lot easier to deal with. I am lucky enough to still be friends with all flat mates living with a few of them in a house this year. In my opinion Varley Park, Woodland Lodge was great value for money as we all had en suites. The only negative would be the kitchen size as it was little on the small side for a 9 person flat! In the future I recommend the uni to do surveys on what types of people they get along with etc so that more people can be as lucky as I was.
