UCB has excellent student services and staff that can help whenever you need it, whatever the problem is. its got a good atmosphere around all the buildings there are also loads of social groups to join

all my lecturers are informative and have good learning opportunities. the course hours are good with 2-hour lectures and 1-hour seminars on the days that I am in. its relatively easy to get in contact with the lectures and they are all very friendly

i feel like the maltings is a nice place to stay if you get put with good flatmates as the rooms are all nice with enough storage and decent on suits. but if you are roomed with people you don't like it can make the experience a little bad having to pay kitchen fines for stuff that other people messed up as you weren't home, having people being inconsiderate to your feelings, and then having to pay to move rooms even as you got basically bullied out of you're the last one. (not all my experiences but what some of my friends have dealt with). the reception staff is friendly but they don't seem to care so much about our problems as when my flat had rats we had to complain for months on end before it got fixed.

This uni is a great place to study as the amount of support you are given is very helpful, they are also good with making you aware of what support is available with weekly emails informing and reminding us what is available to get through our course with ease.

The hours of lectures are perfect 3 hour days 3 times a week gives me sufficient time to get my assignments done in my own time. My lectures are easy to contact and always get back to me in good timing, they are very open with us students on the course and let us know when is best to contact them.
