Best part is the course, tutors and level of activity we receive on the course (field trips etc.) The worst part is the students Union, there is very little to do

12h of contact time per week for my course, however that is plenty with the content covered

Central Quay was great value, the staff were lovely, the facilities were enough. Only down side was the location (20 min walk from centre)

So close to the train station so really easy access - all buildings are relativity close to each other at city campus so it’s not a big issue if your next class is in a different building. Most of the lecturers are very helpful and especially in my course there is a couple who you can really tell love their job and what they are doing and have so much knowledge which is inspiring! Definitely things to be improved - some of gaps between lecture or seminars and also the timings can be frustrating. It makes it difficult to work alongside the course especially if you are commuting in. It comes down to having to prioritise which might not always be able to be university. They are not check ins with you either and if there is a problem I don’t think they solve it well.

There are a lot of times i regret coming in because the stuff i was taught was in a way pointless? It was hard to understand why we were being taught it as it had nothing to do with our assignment. There was also a whole module which I think mocked our intellect as it seemed so simple - sort of like what a GCSE / A-Level course would do. There is definitely a lot to improve.
