They've introduced "AskQM" for enquiries which takes a very long time and usually does not provide satisfactory answers/solutions. The library is great and has a lot of space but on the 3rd and 4th floors it's extremely cold, which causes illnesses and makes it difficult to study, while on the 1st and 2nd floors a lot of the chargers don't work.

I really like how lectures are recorded. There should be more options in the course catalogue (or at least not offering modules that then end up no longer running!!) They should make it possible to question your grade (and not only appeal it based on procedural grounds)

The shower was terrible- really bad pressure and would change from boiling to freezing randomly. Not quite sure why some rooms had a full-length mirror in the wardrobe and others didn't. Blinds let in almost all the light.
