Everyone at the University of York is really friendly and always happy to help you. There's a great range of support available and there is a lot of different societies overseen by YUSU to get involved with. The campus, and all indoor spaces, are lovely and always clean. The campus is also very green and full of wildlife which is nice.

The course is really good with quite a lot of it being in person but some lectures are still recorded which is quite helpful so you can absorb the information in your own time. All departmental staff are really friendly and as it's a small department you get to know all staff very well which is nice. The worst thing for me has been missing out on a range of things due to COVID but even then the alternatives provided by the university have been very good.

I stayed in quite expensive accommodation but it was very nice. The facilities were very good with all communal areas getting cleaned by the cleaners regularly. The room was also very nice and tidy when I moved in, very spacious, and plenty of storage space and a place to put decorations to make it feel like my own place.

Generally good lecturers, and campus has a nice feel to it. Buses could be cheaper, buildings more attractive.

Good lecturers and content. Contact hours fine. Not much supervision time.

Too expensive for what you get. Other stuff nice. Weekly cleaning is great.
