For an international student it is a dream to study in world top most University, Cardiff University is one of the most reputed institutions in the world. I hope my career would be secure after my graduation. The capital city of Wales has its own beauty, it's landscape it's culture and people. I have had a lot of good experiences in the campus and city as well. Meeting new friends from all over the world makes it more interesting and exciting at the same time. Our faculties and mentors are very helpful and concerned about us and our works. I feel very encouraged after classes and after personal group sessions for activities and group assessments. And it's a very different situation for me, where I come from. The students facilities are easily available and well maintained. The student union study lounges are very interesting places to study and share ideas with our friends and colleagues. As a planning student with an Architecture background I am used to work in collaborative spaces which are not common in other universities but here it's different I enjoy the spaces a lot, quite yet a bit busy where you can listen to some music while studying and working as well. As a international Master student I sometimes feel it difficult to get entertained with student facilities and career guidance sessions because sometimes the time schedule of our classes overlaps and I miss those interesting and helpful career sessions. I believe this would be taken care of. As in these difficult time of price hikes in living expenses its a bit difficult to get a good living while continuing studies, it would be really helpful if the student union team and the job shop prioritize more international students then domestic students. Student discounts in the shops are out side the campus is mentioned but retailers never practice. I would feel very secure and safe with my financial conditions if I get a good placement in a good company with my degree and help from the institution. The graduate scheme jobs are advertised but when applied they are not responsive and bit hard to get hold on. I believe my views and opinion would help figure out the loop holes in the current system. Thankyou for creating a platform for sharing our views and opinion.

The location is convenient to uni but not that near to city centre. No proper sound insulation, some of my friends stay in private accomodations where it cost around 500 where they an ensuite get good amount of bed space study area large kitchen and common area.
