Whilst the fascilities are improving, to be worthy of 5 stars, it does mean lectures are accompanied by construction works (and their noise!).
The support provided at the Uni has proven to be helpful, to myself, having gone through some mental health issues, and being assisted through that with my studies, and time management - although, there seems to be a lack of action when it comes to in house disputes, and it seems understaffed, slightly.
When it comes to student life, Cheltenham is filled with various styles of pubs, and a few places to dance, although this can seem somewhay undernourished - unlike Bristol, or London.
However, the location could be worth 5 stars for Cheltneham is on the edge of the Cotswolds. If you lile your long bike rides, or have means of travel to explore the Cotswolds, it is highly recommended. 5 stars in the UK, for me, would be out in the lake district, the peak district, the scottish/welsh mountains, or at the eden project.
'They' call our campuss, the 'hogwarts campuss', and whilst that is likeable in most senses there, it does lack the hogqarts grabdeur, but it is spectacular in itself. Like I said before, it is under development (I think it is being maintained), but fully functioning!
It feels like I expect a Uni to feel; communal with a lot of relaxing locations, with a few sections of library - and a chapel, funnily enough. That last aspect is unexpected - but, it is a great place of tea, biscuits and warmth that my peers and I visit often.
The students union provides various levels of extra support to students and the Uni, with a pretty strong student feedback system, via the student representatives, a hired student union representative, and various lecturers. Action takes place, and the uni is a thriving community outside of lectures, too as a result!
Overall, the uni is improving, from an already lovely place to network and study, providing great support from many angles, all occurring at a campus akinned to hogwarts. The location is fantastic, and the student life, whilst enjoyable, represnts living in a town, rather than a city - although there is plenty fascilities in the town, inbetween studies.

The course has provided a highly engaging approach, filled with opportunities to tackle entire subjects, rather than focussing on solely on a small section of nuance. Whilst this creates fascinating assignments, it can be tricky to muster the courage to get them in on time!
The lecturers provide a welcoming enough space, teaching in a grounded manner, and certainly coming across as highly knowledgeable in their fields!
Whilst contact time is plenty, it certainly seems like you, as the student, ought consider that you truly fit into the type of teaching and assessment style the course offers, if you desire to be a first class student.
Work placements, whilst supported, are left to the student almost entirely to sort out, although, guidance is given, and opportunities are consistently shared, if they had connections themselves, or services like Erasmus+ in their arsenal, 4 or 5 stars would certainly be awarded.
As for career prospects, there is suprisingly plenty of time spent on future thinking, and I have certainly beneffitted from their approach.
The laboratories are 'state of the art', the computers have been inconsitently maintained, every lecture has been taught in the lab or computer room (never in a traditional lecture hall), so it is a mixed bag of opinions when it comes to subject fascilities.
Overall, the content is brilliant, engaging and fascinating, the lecturers are highly knowledgable and great communicators, and do a lot to get the modules across for top tier assignments, the contact times is plenty, although this should then reflect in private study time, and placement hunting, as getting assignments done on time, whilst acquiring a work placement, requires bleeding edge focus on the course, although this is supported through their futures thinking based approaches, and state of the art scientific fascilities. It certianly all in all does a great job!
