I deadly love University of Glasgow. The buildings are gorgeous which have lasted for 500 years!!! And I am so surprise that the school facilities are advanced. I meet people from all over the world, that is amazing!!!

Super Good!!!!

The total feeling is SUPER GOOD!!! The university has think of the every detail of teaching and living. There are too much to say but it is so sorry that I have to save some time for study. You will know how good the University of Glasgow is if you come and study here.

I think all the Students' Union, clubs, societies are great but I don't have chance to get involved. As an inernational student, everything is too new to me and I need time to adjust myself. But I will join a club definitely while there is a chance.

Amazing!!! So beautiful!!! People are so kind and buildings are gorgeous!!! And there are many places that I'm looking forward to explore.

I haven't been in any of them but I do believe they are amazing.

The teachers are super good and well-qualified. The only problem is on me that my English is poor and I choose a field that I know nothing about it. Now I am studying days and nights hoping one day I can catch up with the course. I'm not regret of my choose and challenge is always interesting. What's more, University of Glasgow deserves my fight of studying here.

I got emails from shool frequently and there are many events about jobs, such as internship, interview skills, recruit announcement. But it's pity that I never attend them because I am not ready for work no matter technically or mentally, and I am busy on my study.

I live in university halls. There are 5 people in a flat. Some flats are single gender and some are mixed genders. I'm in single gender flat sharing with other lovely girls. Every people has their own bedroom with bed, single sofa, desk, bookshelf, chair, table lamp, landlines, wardrobe,and radiator. The bedroom is not big but I think it is fair enough for one person and while I get used to it I feel so cozy and sweet because of its small size. If there is any problem or need helps, landlines can be used to call the accommodation staff immediately and its free of charge, which is super convenient. And the radiator is warm enough even in winter although there is limited heating time, but I never need to worry about the heating bill, haha. The shared area including kitchen, shower room and toilet. I have to say I'm so lucky that evey girl in our flat has very good manner and behaviour. We maintain the clean environment consciously, for example, everyone will pick up their hair after shower, clean up their mass once they finished cooking or meals, change the garbage bag while it full and vacuum the floor weekly. And any of us don't might to share cookers and cutleries because we know the users will clean them well. The only thing I don't like is that we live in the ground floor and its too dark. And my room facing the woods is the worsest (compared to whose room toward the street) because the trees block most of the sunlight. I hate the darkness and I DO WISH to move to the higher level. But I love my flatmates so much so I wish our whole flat can move upstair.

So far I have loved it, it has been enriching and fun, I feel studying at this University I’m not only learning a course but growin significantly in all aspects of my life.

I think they are good, some buildings are old but they have been adapted for classes, and the main building is very beautiful, it is special to have classes in a building with so much history.

I think it’s very good, the staff is always trying to help you to the best of their abilities and they are all very kind and respectful.

The University of Glasgow has two student unions, both are great! I haven’t chosen yet what Union to be part of, but they both have several spaces and activities for the personal and academic development, and also just for the entertainment of students. They are inclusive and highly appreciated by students.

Glasgow is an amazing city, although a bit expensive for a student. However it has many entertainment options, there is something for everyone, from restaurants to sports facilities, museums and night clubs.

They is a vast amount of clubs and societies in the University, they have more than 300 societies and like 50 sports clubs, I believe there is something for everyone.

What I like most is that teachers really encourage reading outside the main books of the course, so they suggest articles and other books that are related. What I like the least is that there’s only one exam and one assessment per class, I would like there to be more, so that the grade wasn’t dependent on just those two.

Yes! It has a careers department and it has courses to guide you in various aspects of work placement, from finding out what job would be right for you to helping you with your CV and letting you know interview tips. It also organizes work fairs and promotes visits from different companies.

I live in university accommodation, overall, it fulfills it’s purpose, however, it feels too expensive considering it’s 25 min away (by foot) to the University and you have to pay a lot for laundry and buy your own clutery, crockery, kitchen utensils, as well as towels, bedlinen, etc.
